PostSubject: Don't Know Which One to Get   Mon Dec 10, 2007 3:51 am

I am set on the G19 but not sure which package is the best:

Should I just get the:

Players package: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=241
G19 MAX: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=1279
Or just buy it plain: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=191

For some reasen it looks like the G19 MAX is a different shade of black, but correct me if I am wrong.
Also, I was under the impression that the players package came with green gas, but I think that is just silicone oil which I already have.

I am just wonder what you guys think is the best deal.

I think the Max is probably the best bet. The only thing I would be worried about is if the Hi Flow valve is a Hurricane, which do nothing. In the end, the recoil spring is probably Guarder (which a number of my Glock fan friends like) but I personally prefer KM. In terms of Hi Flow valves, I use PGC or KM.

So I would say get the gun only, but if you want a little edge for just a few more bucks, the get the max.

The player package looks to be the better deal, but I am not all to familiar with the KWA brand. I do know that it does not have any trades or markings so it does not have that "authentic" look to it. It depends on what you want: Performance? Durability? Affordability? Upgradability? Best bang for the buck?

I look at it this way, you can always sell it if you do not like it!

The player package does come with silicon oil & propane adapter. You guys do use propane in all of your guns...Right?

KWA is the same as KSC but for Export to other parts of the world. KWA in Europe still carries full trademarks, here in the US the trademarks are removed for obvious reasons.

I plan on using green gas no propain. But anyway I decided to get the Max, since I would have gotten the high flow valve and recoil spring anyway. I know they aren't the best brand and it kind of sucks that the gun has no trades but it will do fine for me! Thanks guys.

I use propane. I used it in my KWA M9 and my WA MarSOC 1911 Kimber

I've never used anything but propane & silicon oil. Seems to work quite well in all my guns! I have heard from some of the guys at the local airsoft facility that the TM Desert Eagle stock plastic slide "WILL" break after a short period of use on propane!
Don't think you have to have a metal slide in order to use propane, most guns perform better on it!

the ONLY reason I use Propane is because it's cheap and readily availible.

Green gas "IS" propane... Not only is it cheaper but it also packs-a-punch!

I ran a heavily upgraded DE on green gas, plastic body for a long while with zero issues. That is one gun I am sure can take the pressure. Have you seen the metal frame in the slide? It doesn't really need to the plastic bits to hold together.
