Since you didn't start with any pictures...

This needs a few more parts (which are in the mail) but I wanted to show my custom 17C slide.

It's a polished KWA. I would never custom mod an expensive slide. To many things can go wrong when your only using a hands saw.

awesome man! I may do that to my Glock when I get it. I like the "gangster" look of it.

here is one of my G18cs. this one would technically be an SBR because of the stock, but anyway, still an airsoft gun to the airsoft comunity

i know its a crappy photo, but its the only one i could find. this little guy has an Israeli stock, diferent trigger (the one with the little saftey), full trades, a Doctor Optics red dot, scope mount, high flow valves, firefly bucking, 150% recoil and hammer springs, metal guide rod, a custom hand-made Carbon Fiber tightbore through the length of the suppressor, threaded barrel, and a classic army double screw suppressor

enjoy!

Would you mind explaining the custom carbon fiber inner barrel! Did you make it yourself?

basically just started making them. i still have to torture test some and work out a couple design issues because you cant really tell that its carbon fiber because i need to sand down the outside of the barrel so that it can be physically placed inside the outer barrel without the possiblitly of having any fibers snag on anything. so right now, ive got to find a smoother, tighter holding laquer so it can maintain that origional carbon fiber look.

Wanted to see how it would look if I took a picture of a gun in this small "stream" I have running near my house. I think I like the way they came out.

The gun itself is just a bone-stock Marui. I'll need to change that soon or I think the slide is going to snap off and hit me...

Not impressed with the accuracy at all, but TB should fix that. Also the orange tip is vey annoying. Rises about a mm higher than the rest of the paint and I know there is no way in hell I am going to be able to take it off without having to sand down the whole slide and repaint it.

Also having some slight problems filling up the mag, but that just might be me, gas goes everywhere when i fill it up not matter how good I stick it in the nozzle, is this normal?

Other than that its great, the recoil spring is nice and way more than I expected from it. After a few upgrades it should be great.

ohhh and btw, today is my birthday! Very Happy

You shouldn't have to "sand" anything...there are many ways to remove that stuff from what I've read! Up here in Canada we don't have that painted tip on our guns...one of the perks I guess, the only one!

Looks good from the pic!

Next time you gas up try buying a BBQ lighter & disassemble it. You can find a very small o-ring at the base of the butane lighter part, just don't tear it removing it! It can be removed with fine tweezers & a sewing needle. I put it on all my mag fill valves that don't have it. It's the best $ 1.99 you can spend upgrading your gbb mag!

Thanks, the only problem is that there isn't any black paint under the orange tip, I know that for a fact. So I just have a few options:

a. just keep it
b. buy a new slide
c. have all silver slide
d. sand whole thing down and repaint black

Also that sounds like a great idea on the valve. I definatly have to do that. Thanks a lot!

I was also thinking of getting one of those lanyard block things that you stick in the space between themag and frame. Does anyone know where to get one? thanks.
